I started as a content writer at Her Campus USF and was recently promoted to editor-in-chief. My responsibilities include copy editing writers' articles, creating content of my own, uploading all content to the Her Campus website and attending biweekly meetings.

I am certified in all Jason's Deli customer service positions including order taking, bagging, cashiering, answering phones and attending the salad bar. In addition, I am in charge of coordinating deliveries. This requires me to organize, prepare and log catering deliveries and delegate deliveries to drivers  in a very high-paced environment. I regularly train new customer service employees. 

 

 

Marketing Assistant

USF Continuing Education, Tampa, FL

For this Federal Work Study position I assisted the marketing director of the Continuing Education department at the University of South Florida. I collected the website traffic information using Google Analytics. I proofread the Continuing Education website and various marketing copy. I organized and sent out daily bulk mailings containing marketing copy

I catalogued data into Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel at my first Federal Work Study position. I also performed miscellaneous office tasks, such as organizing binders and answering the phone.

I worked as a cashier at my first job in high school. I fostered positive customer relationships by completing register transactions with accuracy, efficiency and genuine concern for customer.
